Dr. Hickenlooper earned his BS in Zoology from BYU and then his dental degree from Temple University in 1982. Immediately after dental school, he moved to Colorado Springs and joined a practice with another dentist on the south end of town.  After two years as an Associate, he bought a practice in the central north end of town off Hancock and this is where he worked for 16 years before moving to the north east side of Colorado Springs in the spring of 2001.

Dr. Hickenlooper (Dr. H.) has a great deal of skill in artistically changing your smile with porcelain veneers, cosmetic bonding, crowns and bridges. This will allow you to have the smile you've always wanted.  He believes that, with advances in dental techniques, most people should be able to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime. His goal is to work with you to attain this goal.

Dr. H. lives in Colorado Springs with his wonderful wife, Debbie, and has six terrific children  with three grandchildren.  He and his family enjoy the outdoors, water skiing, snow skiing, biking, hikes and camping. He is also committed to serving his community through volunteer work with The Boy Scouts of America, singing with The America the Beautiful Chorus, singing with a quartet at area events and involved with his church.
